Marie Jaoul de Poncheville filmed “Lungta, les cavaliers du vent” in the Amdo and Kham regions, previously off-limits to filmmakers and journalists. The film captures the daily struggle of this people to keep their traditions alive and their pacifist philosophy alive. The stunningly beautiful images are complemented by a poetically informative text by Pierre Joffroy and Andrew Harvey, narrated by Isabelle Adjani.
